If you want to surrender your subscription then they will take 1 week but for installation they took only 2 days. Its way more better to take a filter with some investment since they only working for anyway take money from you. Worst service as well as customer service experience. Took 7 days to change my address after a year of coming and reinstalling it in my new address. Service centre number a joke and their people are incompetent. Recharge shows successful and app is updating the last sync time correctly but the machine just won't sync. Although had to stay without water for 3 days and had to resort for alternative ways for water consumption. Redressal was good quick after they got to know about my experience. After my bad review the resolved the issues the next day and solved the issue. Previously they did not fix the experience and customer support was not helpful hung up the phone and gave various alternatives which was not helping. Sadly, going by past, I expect this review to also be ignored by their team. It's a complete package of low quality & the people involved should be ashamed. Plus their customer team also doesn't respond to the requests raised. All this means you're stuck with your money paid & the ro not recharging. Also, the wifi & Bluetooth connect options don't work properly. And when you click on sync recharge, nothing happens. Even after the payment, it doesn't recharge the ro automatically. I talked to the executive and they said that they can not do anything from the backend and the server. So, this month I am in loss of around 200 bucks because of this confusion system and application, that too when I don't even need it for a complete month. Also they made this confusing functionality of adding waters in litres that only works when your plan is updated. They say that it will cost you 349/month but that's only when you are paying altogether for a year.
